The Black Forest

The Black Forest welcomes visitors with tranquillity, wide-open scenery and unspoilt nature. Even the journey through dense pine forests and rolling hills feels wonderfully relaxing. Spectacular views await at the impressive Ravenna Viaduct before the tour continues to the idyllic Lake Titisee. There is plenty of time to enjoy a leisurely walk, a cosy break or simply a moment to breathe deeply and unwind. The atmospheric finale takes place in the small town of St. Blasien with its impressive cathedral – and of course with a slice of traditional Black Forest cherry cake.

Alsace combines culture, history and gastronomy in a truly unique way. Passing gentle vineyards, the journey first leads to Colmar, where colourful half-timbered houses and winding alleys invite visitors to stroll and explore. Afterwards, the majestic Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle, towering high above the plains, impresses with its fascinating history. The tour concludes in the charming village of Ribeauvillé, where the Alsatian joie de vivre and regional specialities can be enjoyed in a cosy atmosphere.

The lively university city of Freiburg combines Mediterranean flair with the cosy atmosphere of the Black Forest. Its historic old town, famous for its small Bächle or water channels, cosy cafés and boutique shops, is perfect for a relaxed stroll. High above the city, the Schlossberg offers beautiful panoramic views of the region, while Münsterplatz with its market forms the vibrant heart of Freiburg.
