Immerse Yourself in a New Language

Centrepoint conversation groups are a fantastic way to immerse yourself in a new language and culture. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced speaker, there's a group for you. These groups offer a supportive and encouraging environment where you can practice speaking, improve your vocabulary and learn about the customs and traditions of different countries.

Not only will you improve your language skills, but you'll also have the opportunity to make new friends from around the world. Our conversation groups bring together people from all backgrounds and cultures, creating a diverse and inclusive community.

With mainly native speakers leading the groups, you'll have the chance to learn from those who know the language best. The range of languages we have currently available are German, Baseldütsch, English, French, Spanish and Italian - there's something for everyone. All conversation groups are free to Centrepoint members and non-members are welcome to come and try a group before deciding to become a member.

Not only can you join a group but you could also lead a group and help people who would like to improve their language skills. So why not come and join us at Centrepoint? It's a fun and engaging way to spend your time and make new friends.
